New updates for: P-38 Lightning - 09/28/2019

Hello everyone. It's me Antony, back with another blog of my Blender projects. For this one, I'll be showing you new renders of Lockheed P-38 Lightning. Initially, I saved the original with a different name for testing - just like I did for the wings texturing test. I still have that file and the original one on the computer my brother and I use for Blender projects. Back to what I was saying. In this file, I added the textures for the spinners and the fuselage. In the main component, I added some shark teeth and a bluish gray spray around the lower section of the aircraft. For the spinner, I kept the red temporary texture, with a slight modification after the UV mapping. Both the red and the yellow textures has a black line to represent the casted steel plates. Meanwhile, I made a minor adjustment on the turbocharger intake. And, after that update, I decided to make something similar to the nacelles. I included the U.S Air Force R

New updates for: Irene (Claymore) - 09/22/2019

Hello everyone. It's me Antony, back with another blog here. For this blog, I'll be resuming the project I'm working on for Irene from Claymore. Yeah, has been a good time without visiting it after the arrival of Blender 2.8. But don't worry. At small moments I shall adjust and make the last parts for the model and conclude Irene's project and move on to the others. The small changes were: more hair strands in the front and back. Although I have the other side of Irene's back hair to be made, what I could say is: it's looking good and if willing and time favors me for correcting some things, she'll be ready for the next week. In these renders, I used the Eevee render mode over the Cycles. In case you want to compare two different render procedures, well take a look on these images. One thing I would like to inform is: Eevee is good by rendering smooth and less realistic shadows - with some parts that may not look

Hello everyone. It's me Antony, back with another blog here in the middle of September. For this one, I'll be showing you new rendered images of Lockheed P-38 Lightning. Reminder: Prior to the arrival of Blender 2.8, the only thing I changed on the P-38 is the new texture for the turbochargers coils. I added some rust and white effects on the texture to be looking similar to metal surface. On the current updates, I added some 'holes' on the spinner for the propeller's socket; the wings' aft part (adjusted after these renders) and a small adjustment on the nacelle's section where the turbocharger outlet is located. Later, I enlarged it and made few modifications on the propellers. Another thing I did - just for testing, is the temporary textures for the spinners and the aircraft's surface. The first render is the P-38 with its current temporary texture, with yellow colored spinners. The second render of the model show

(Friends must be friends forever, Even though they have nothing in common, Only to share the same memories.) Suelen Gandra Santana Hello everyone. I hope everything is alright around you. For this Blog, I'm going to change a little bit the topics. Just this time, I think. On this day, I usually make something related to one of my difficult events that changed my life. Most artworks are from a story I created called Antony's Triviality: Carry you Home, and on the story, a portion of it is based on that event. Never forget her.
