Small logo for my RTS mini-game and new updates for: J2M3 - February 15, 2026
Hello everyone. It's me Antony, back with another Blog here to start 2026.
I know. I've been absent without writing anything new here. Job, studies, playing video-games, watching some YouTube videos, listening to some musics and doing my chores at some moments decreased my spare-time dedicated to Blogs. I have to test OBS Studio. I installed it these days, but I don't know why it's not recording the audio from games or any other program while I was testing it. For the time being, I've to lay low with new videos.
In addition, I've been working in Unity lately. Still trying to develop my small mini-game projects, with one in particular being my RTS mini-game.
This is going to be the main logo for the RTS mini-game. I decided to call it Ardra. It looks good with this material of forged iron and this font type. It kinda resembles the WarCraft and Skyrim font type. Kinda.
But, since I have my other Blogspot dedicated to my game projects, I'll leave the link here for you to visualize the development of my mini-game projects.
Note: Since I marked it as reserved for mature audience, you have to enter your Google account to access it.
Alright, let's get down to business. I'm going to share you the images of the Mitsubishi J2M3 Raiden.
The J2M received the landing gear from the A6M Zero project files. Like I said in my previous Blogs, the idea of importing some components helps to speed up the development of some projects. Despite some things can be made from scratch, some others can be reused if the dimensions fit to the project.
In addition to these, I added the engine exhaustion outlets, the wing navigation lights and concluded the canopy hatch. The only small change was the material for the J2M upper section. But the color didn't fit well, so I had to change it back to its original color.
New renders (at the time) of the J2M3 Raiden.
Alright. The J2M is now looking good with the original material for the upper section of the plane. I may reuse the previous color for another Japanese plane, maybe the G4M or G3M bombers.
I made some adjustments on the engine exhaustion outlets, added the engine cowling flaps and concluded the cockpit.
And now, the last renders (for the time being) of the J2M3 Raiden:
I made the tail undercarriage for the J2M3 Raiden. It was the trickest part to make since there aren't too many photos from that specific place, even though there's the only surviving J2M3 Raiden plane. It's still residing in the Planes of Fame in the United States since 1958. Still, I could reinstall War Thunder and take some screenshots of the J2M3's undercarriage.
Minor changes include: the holes for the propeller spinner to fit the propeller blades, the Pitot tube and the ailerons.
The J2M3 Raiden looks good. The next components to make are the wings landing gear fairings, the flaps, the cockpit internal components, the aerial attachments, some minor corrections, a nice texture and rigging the plane.
Well, that's it for now my friends. I hope you like this Blog. Let us hope this year bring us new content and something different from the usual. In case I have some spare time to enjoy, I'll be working on other things aside from Blender projects and my personal things. Until the time comes, you will be surprised to see them. See you next time.
