Claymore - Sophia (new project)

Hello everyone. It's me Antony, back with another blog here. The year is passing faster when I'm attending to work, 3D projects, videos, playing games, writing stories and more. And as we are in the second week of October, let's go for another Blog.

For this blog, I came with a different idea of making the hair for the other Claymore characters - to get some things ready. Since I'm finishing Irene's project on Blender, why not moving to the Claymore of her team? And for this choice, I picked up Number 4 Sophia.



On the first renders, I kept the original Bezier curves and lines for the hair with a new model to make Sophia's hair. Despite she is bald on top of her head, I'll be adding more strands until she looks identical to the original character.

One small detail: Bezier curves is quite tricky to work with curly hair instead of long hair.

And for the next renders, I added more hair on the sides and a little on the front.





She is looking nice, yet there's more hair to add and some adjustments until she is ready. After Sophia, I'll make Noel, Teresa, Clare and the others. Now the biggest thing that will be quite demanding: The armor pieces. The spaulders, faulds (from some characters) and back-seat plate won't be a big thing since almost all Claymore characters wear the same model (in case of Rafaela, Elena, Miria, Galatea, Helen, Deneve, Undine, Flora and Ophelia, I'll have to make different models), but the buckles, boots and vambraces are completely different from each other. (check out the previous Blog where I talk about the idea I had for the next characters and it is also where I included the images from Claymore New Wiki - also, with its proper reference: New texture packs for the upcoming Claymore characters)

In the future, I plan to record a new video for TonyAnima Project's YouTube channel and share it, both here, on my Twitter, DeviantArt and Facebook. Well, I hope you enjoy it. I plan to share more artworks and other things I did in my time. Until the time comes, you will be surprised to see it. See you next time.

New Updates for: Macchi C.202 and Macchi C.205 (new project) - October 11, 2021

Hello everyone. It's me Antony, back with another Blog. We are now on October 11 - approaching the end of 2021; hoping for the things to get better as the World continues in this fight for survival and to develop a (possible) cure for the COVID-19 pandemic. For this month, my university semester is in course - in which my attention will have to be re-directed to the new tasks, in addition to my service at the public health center. Fortunately I concluded the tasks to reach level 30 in the new Nightwave chapter, which makes things easier for me now that I don't have to go for the prizes. Now for this Blog. New updates for: Horten Ho 229 and F6F Hellcat (new project) - March 22, 2024

Hello everyone. It's me Antony, back with another Blog in 2024. I'm still working as a receptionist at the public health center where I live and my 7th semester is still ongoing. That means, my time for Blogs decreased to some occasions. The town hall is calling the candidates from the civil service exam. They called the first two approved candidates for the receptionist vacancy, with the first one accepting it. The nurse and the archive officer is still going, the fourth candidate for ambulance driver on duty accepted the vacancy while the three other candidates didn't take it as they are working for other town halls. I'm still I'm waiting to be called to work as a community health agent or as a receptionist. Unless the second candidate accept the vacancy, I'll have to wait a little more.
